Happy Holidays!

So here are our pictures from Christmas. My mom, Chris, and Mark's mom were here along with myself, Mark, Ian, Sandy, Shelby, Jake, and Catherine. It was a house full. Mama cooked the turkey in Savannah and brought it up with her. Everything else we cooked that morning with no problems. We had the usual turkey, dressing, ham, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and various sweet treats I baked the day before. Despite the economy the kids were able to get away with tons of loot. Mark received the prize for purchasing the best present. He got Ian a 4-wheeler. Of course it is for a little person, only goes forward, and only at about 2 mph. Ian loves it!

These pictures are from our Christmas Card photo session. The only way to keep Ian happy was to let him hold a camera or a phone. We tried to include the cat, but she wouldn't have it.

Rock Ranch and Ralph's World

November has been a lot of fun. On the 8th we went to Mark's cousin's little boy's birthday party at Rock Ranch, in The Rock, GA. The birthday pavilion was located next to the petting zoo. They had tons of activities for family members of all ages.

On the 15th Ralph Covert and Ralph's World featured on Playhouse Disney played the Variety Playhouse here in Atlanta. It was Ian's first rock concert. He had a great time.

Halloween 2008

This was a super cool evening! We decided to join the HOA of the neighborhood for the Halloween trunk or treat and supper. There were plenty of children there to keep Jake entertained. We ran into some old family friends from Savannah. We all had a pretty great time. Ian was Yoda, Mark was a Jedi and I was a renaissance woman.

Sandi says she was dressed as a psycho killer. They always blend in with the crowd.

Not Much New Going On...

except my sister and her kids moved in last weekend. Due to "life" and the economy she needed a new start. So they are here for a while. We are getting into a routine, the kids are in school, and she has started looking for a job. Ian seems to enjoy the kids being around.

Here are some of our current pictures.

Now this is how you eat a cupcake!

I got tired of carrying around a diaper bag. So I purchased a small backpack in the hopes that Ian would wear it around. This is the only time we have been able to get it on him. Guess who is still carrying a bag around?

Eating breakfast at the Georgia Diner - Miss Louise loves when we come for our weekend breakfast.

Every night Daddy gives Ian his bath. They have the most fun!
