2 Months Old!

It is hard to believe it has been 2 months since we brought Ian into this world. He continuously changes. I can't blink without worrying if I have missed something. His 2 months checkup is coming up. He will be getting his first round of vaccinations. Now that will be a large amount of fun!

Here are a couple of pictures for comparison. The first is at one month, the second at two months. He is not too fond of the boppy.

The last 2 weeks have been interesting for us. I went back to work May 7th, and Mark has been home with Ian. We are also preparing to close on a house May 29th. Needless to say, life has been quite busy. Mark has been a charm with Ian. Having this time together, Mark can read the baby's cues as well, if not better than I can. I will be back on daytime duty after this Friday, my last day of work for the school year.

The exciting news at the moment, is that Ian has slept through the night the last 3 nights! Thursday night he slept 8 hours (10:30pm - 6:30am), Friday night 6 hours (12:00am-6:00am), and Saturday night 9 hours (10:00pm-7am)!!! I hope it is not a fluke.

These first two pictures are of him finally noticing a bear that a coworker gave to him. When you press the bears paw he lights up and turns different colors.
These bath time pictures are fantastic!! Only because he hates bath time. There has NEVER been a bath time without screaming and tears.

Another picture we are grateful for. He has always fussed in the swing and bouncy chair.
